South Indian Bank

Today, South Indian Bank invites only 150 applications for the position of Probationary Officers(PO) from Indian Nationals.

This Position will be all India based means You will be posted anywhere in India, if you get selected.

The Pay Scale for this job is 23700 – 42020/-

You can apply for this job before 25th May 2018

The Tentative Date for the exam is in the month of June.

The minimum Educational Qualification for the job is Graduation with minimum 60% marks and it has to be a Regular Course.

And, not only that, your 10th and 12th marks has to be a minimum of 60% . Otherwise, he/she won't be able to apply,if they have scored 59.99% marks.

*60% marks means 60% and above.

I think this is just ridiculous.

If somebody has scored above 90% marks in his 10th and 12th and that only person has scored 50% marks in his graduation due to any xyz reason.

It means he/she is not eligible to fill the form.

I think this is unbiased for those who couldnot score this much marks but has secured just passing marks.

I give my salute to IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) that has given chance to everyone who has secured just passing marks in their academics.

What i think is that your academics marks cannot decide your future.

Those who has scored less marks in their academics should also be given a chance to sit for the exams.

I know many who has just scored passing marks and got his/her job secured in PSU banks and they are earning and living their lives very well.

Our marks cannot decide what we would be in the future because nobody is born intelligent.

Everyone learns here on this planet. and, reason for not scoring marks well could be anything.

Nobody can be judged on the basis of only the marks.

What i have seen so far is that people who have scored well in their academics are the job seekers and those who has scored less marks have become job providers. So, we shouldn't judge anyone on the basis of the marks in their academics.

Rather, we should first look into what their capabilities/skills are.

Now, lets move further
